Q: Will you be restocking sold out items?

A: If the item you are looking for is sold out please sign up to our mailing list to be the first to hear about any styles that have been returned and have passed our quality check for resale. 

 

Q: I signed up for the mailing list but I didn't receive my discount code. What do I do?

A: Please check your spam mail and ensure that you have opted in to receiving emails from Karmic Witch.

 

Q: My discount code isn't working, what do I do?

A: We sincerely apologise if you are having issues with your discount code, please email us at info@karmicwitch so that we can help. 

 

Q: Do you accept refunds on sale items?

A: All sale items are final. Returns are not accepted on sale items. 

Q: Do you do wholesale?
